Advance Payment

A shipping & handling charge of 3 euros for orders within Germany, 7 euros for orders within the European Union and 9 euros for orders outside the EU.

After placing your order online, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Delivery can be expected within 1-2 business days, following the receipt of your payment.

We recommend bank transfer as method of payment for orders within the EU, as you do not incur any bank fees.
 

C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery)

C.O.D. orders are subject to a shipping & handling charge of 5 euros, plus an additional Deutsche Post transfer fee in the amount of 2 euros.

C.O.D. is only an option for shipments within Germany! Delivery via Deutsche Post/DHL can be expected within 1-2 business days. Payment is due upon receipt of your order. This option is only available if payment and shipping address are the same.
 

PayPal (paying with your PayPal account, by credit card or debit)

Delivery via Deutsche Post/DHL can be expected within 1-2 business days.

We recommend PayPal for orders outside the EU (eg. Switzerland), since bank transfers from non-EU nations can be subject to various bank fees.

For you, the customer, PayPal is a free service and accepts most credit cards and paying by debit!

If you have a PayPal account, you can login during the checkout process and pay with just two clicks. Of course you can also open an account and pay by credit card or debit. Quickly and easily.

The payment is immediately credited to our own PayPal account and your order can therefore be shipped without further delay.

Your bank or credit card account details remain protected, as PayPal does not send them along with the payment. They stay at PayPal and at PayPal only.
