1. Withdrawing from the Purchase Agreement

You can withdraw from the purchase agreement without cause, by contacting us in writing (eg. letter, fax, email), or by returning the merchandise within one month of the date of purchase. This one-month period does not begin until your receipt of this notice. Sending your written notice of intent to withdraw from the agreement, or the merchandise itself, prior to the expiration of the one-month period, suffices to protect your right of withdrawal. The notice of intent to withdraw from the purchase agreement is to be addressed to:

Mathias Buhl | SpielRaum
Palmstr. 3
80469 Munich
Germany
email: please click here

In the case of a valid withdrawal from the purchase agreement, either party is to reimburse the other for benefits (eg. merchandise, money) already received [and if applicable transfer the value gained (eg. interest) from these benefits to the other party]. Should you not be able to return the benefit received in full, part, or in degraded condition, we are to be compensated. This does not apply to merchandise where the degradation is caused solely by you inspecting it, as you would in a store. You can also avoid compensation by not treating the merchandise as your property and by refraining from activities that could depreciate its value. Items that can be packaged are to be sent back to us. You are to pay the cost of shipping when returning merchandise that was received as ordered and does not exceed 40 euros in value. Even if the merchandise exceeds the sum of 40 euros, you are still responsible for the cost of the return shipment if you have not yet paid the price in full, or paid an agreed upon installment of a payment plan at the time of your withdrawal from the purchase agreement. We pay the cost of shipping on your returned merchandise in all other cases. Your financial obligations towards us are to be met within 30 days from the date of sending your notice of intent to withdraw from the purchase agreement.

2. Valid Purchase Agreement

A valid contract between our two parties only comes into effect through the act of us shipping your order.

Your order is a binding offer, representing your intent to enter into a contract with us. You place your order by entering all particulars during the order process and finalize your order in step 3, by selecting "Process Order" which forwards the order to us.

The act of us shipping your order marks our acceptance of your offer and creates a binding contract between our two parties.

When ordering online, you enter into a contract with:
